The CHA2110-98F is a monolithic two-stage wide band low noise amplifier circuit. It is self-biased. It is designed for military, space and telecommunication systems. The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.25um gate length, via holes through the substrate, and air bridges. It is available in chip form.
