UMS’ comprehensive offer includes the supply of either COTS (Catalogue Of The Shelf) or ASIC’s (Application Specific IC) products based on GaAs, GaN and SiGe technologies. Catalogue covers DC to 105GHz and includes power amplifiers up to 200W, mixed signal functions, very Low Noise Amplifiers, and complete transceiver systems. These catalogue products are offered as bare dies, plastic packages, multichip modules and Space hermetic packages.

UMS in-house GaAs and GaN processes are also fully open in foundry mode allowing customers to directly create their own product solutions through comprehensive foundry services.
