The CHA3398-98F is a 4 stage monolithic Medium Power Amplifier, which produces 24dB gain for 20dBm output power. It is well suited for a wide range of application from military to commercial communication systems.
This circuit is highly linear and compatible with the last generation of Digital Pre-Distortion. Its versatile biasing condition helps to tune the performances. In addition, the circuit is fully protected against ESD.
This product is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.15 um gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography. It is available in bare die.
