The CHA4314-98F is a two stage monolithic Medium Power Amplifier circuit.
It is designed for a wide range of applications: Radar, electronic Warfare, PtP radios, Test & Measurement and General communication.
The circuit is manufactured with a pHEMT process, 0.15 um gate length, via holes through the substrate, air bridges and electron beam gate lithography.
It is available in chip form.
