The CHP4014-98F is a 6-bit digital phase shifter MMIC with a 0º  - 360º  range. It is designed for 5 to 6 GHz frequency range applications.  The circuit supports a variety of C-band phased array applications including industrial sensors and military radars.

The circuit is manufactured with a Power pHEMT process, 25 µm gate length.
