GRF2081

The GRF2081 is a broadband, linear, ultra-low noise amplifier designed for small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high performance RF applications requiring the absolute lowest possible NF, high gain and outstanding linearity.

The device delivers industry leading NF and IP3 over 1.7 to 2.7 GHz using a single tune. V_DD can be varied from 2.7 to 5.0 volts depending on application requirements.
