This universal mother board can be used with daughter cards (sold separately) to evaluate the entire GaN Systems 650 V family of GaN E-HEMT products. For instructions and user guides please consult the manuals of the individual daughter cards.
Note: GS665MB-EVB is not available for sale individually. It should be purchased with one of the daughter boards listed under Associated Products.
