ICP1543 is a 3 stage MMIC broadband high power amplifier fabricated using GaN on SiC technology. The ICP1543 achieves 43dBm of saturated output power over 12 to 18 GHz in CW operation, with over 32% power added efficiency.
The ICP1543 is fully matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking capacitors providing ease of system integration into a variety of Test and Measurement as well as Aerospace & Defense applications.
