ICP1940

ICP1940 is a 3-stage MMIC power amplifier achieving over 40dBm of saturated output power. Fabricated using GaN on SiC technology, ICP1940 operates from 17 to 21 GHz with over 30% PAE and 24dB small signal gain.

Providing high power and excellent efficiency across the 17-21GHz band in a small die form factor, the ICP1940, is well suited to a variety of applications including point to point radio and Satcoms.
