2-16 GHz, Power-Selectable Wideband Amplifier. MMA017AA is a general purpose wideband amplifier for applications across 2-16 GHz. Four different output power levels can be achieved by selecting different bonding options. At the highest power level, MMA017AA has ~18 dBm power. MMA017AA is self-biased with a single positive power supply.
