Microsemi's MPS2R10-606 is a 100W series-shunt pin diode SPDT reflective switch. It offers 60dB isolation with 0.1dB insertion loss and low 28dB return loss, all in a surface mount 0805 form factor.  Thermal transfer is optimized by elimination of the traditional package interface. The MPS2R10-606 is completely compatible with pick and place and solder reflow manufacturing techniques.
