OM8731M

OM8731M is a single-pole three-throw (SP3T) high power switch with a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) in a miniature 1.1 x 1.1 x 0.4 mm LGA package. The OM8731M is ideally suited for applications where high linearity, low insertion loss, and small size are required. Typical applications are for handset systems that connect separate transmit and receive functions to a common antenna, as well as other related handset and general purpose applications. OM8731M can be used in all systems operating up to 6.0 GHz requiring high power.
