Quantic PMI Model No. P1T-DC18-60-T-SFF-HSLVT is a single pole, single throw, absorptive switch which offers ultra-low video transient performance while providing ultra-fast switching speed of 6 ns; high isolation of 60 dB Min to 12 GHz, 70 dB Min to 18 GHz; and 4.5 dB maximum insertion loss. This switch module contains an integral TTL driver, and the DC supply voltage is only -5V. Has SMA female connectors in a housing that measures 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5".
