The TS7523N is a symmetrical reflective Single Pole Dual Throw (SPDT) switch designed for broadband, high power switching applications. It is optimized for 1MHz to 1GHz and makes an excellent switch for all applications requiring low insertion loss, high isolation and high linearity within a small package size.
The TS7523N is packaged into a compact Air Cavity 5x5mm 32 leads plastic package.
