This amplifier is a low noise figure, high linearity, unconditional stable, and wideband packaged amplifier module with leadless SMT design. The amplifier offers typical 2.7 dB noise figure, 17.4 dB gain, 30 dBm P1dB, and 48 dBm output IP3 at the frequency range from 1 MHz to 150 MHz. Besides the active components being hermetically sealed, This can be custom configured to work from -55C to +100C. This is designed to meet the rugged standards of MIL-STD-202, and MIL-STD-883.
