The XRT1A50Z4 is a 0404 (1mm x 1mm) 1 Watt (avg) high performance Alumina (Al2O3) surface mount termination with a peak to average of 12dB. It is intended as a low cost alternative to Aluminum Nitride (AlN). The termination is well suited for Mil-Aero application from DC-6GHz and telecom applications in 4G and 5G Systems. This termination is also RoHS compliant and proudly made in USA.
