Power IPM Transistor
Intelligent Power Module (IPM) Transistors are used in a vast array of applications, including Renewable Energy, Motor Control, Traction Systems, Elevators, Welding, UPS, White Goods, Pumps, and Medical. We stock the latest IPM Transistor technologies which provide the highest power with the lowest losses possible.
