RF Coaxial Cable

RF Coaxial Cable is sold either by the foot or by the meter and comes without connectors at either end. The three main types available are Flexible, Semi-Flexible, and Semi-Rigid. Usually RF Coaxial Cable has just one center conductor, but varieties are also available with multiple center conductors. Specific attributes which are important in selecting the right RF Coaxial Cable for your application include Nominal Impedance (50Ω, 75Ω, etc.); Maximum Frequency (GHz); Number of Center Conductors; Diameter of Center Conductor (mm); Center Conductor Detail (usually either solid wire or stranded wire); Outer Diameter (mm) of the coax cable; Jacket Material; Nominal Attenuation (dB) per length; and whether it is Single Screen or Double Screen coaxial cable.
