The MAPC-A1501 is a high power GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 960 - 1215 MHz frequency operation. The device supports pulsed operation with output power levels of 1300 W (61.1 dBm) at 65 V and 1000 W (60.0 dBm) at 50 V and in an air cavity ceramic package.
