The MAPC-A1511 is a GaN on Silicon Carbide HEMT D-mode amplifier suitable for 3 - 700 MHz frequency operation. The device supports both pulsed and CW operation with minimum output power levels of 3000 W (64.8 dBm) in an air cavity ceramic package.
