The MS1100-EVB is an intuitive kit for evaluating Mixed-Signal Devices MS1100 family of Ultra-Low Jitter Clock Oscillators (5x7 package). The MS1100-EVB includes the evaluation board and MS1100 clock oscillator. To operate the MS1100-EVB, you must install the EZ-XO GUI software, which is delivered in a zip file. The EZ-XO GUI software is the Mixed-Signal Devices proprietary tool that communicates with the MS1100-EVB via a mini-USB cable. Full details for downloading and installing the files, as well as interfacing and operating the MS1100-EVB can be found in the attached User Guide.
The EZ-XO GUI software is only supported for Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems. Please contact Richardson RFPD if you need any assistance.
