Si828x Gate Driver Board for XM3
Si828x-based Gate Driver Board (GDB) specifically designed and tested to pair with Wolfspeed’s 1200V XM3 SiC FET-based half-bridge power modules. Pre-tested combination of gate drivers and SiC FETs with strong supporting technical data, documentation, and an inverter reference design from Wolfspeed. Robust design makes evaluation and prototyping easy.
